Scope

The goal of this project was to design and develop a simple document management platform for our in-house team. Previously, there was no centralized way to store and reference different documents, which often led to scattered files and difficulty in retrieving important information.

Process

I collaborated with the development team to define the platform’s requirements and mapped out user flows. I designed a clean and intuitive interface using React and Tailwind CSS, focusing on simplicity and ease of use. After development, I carried out internal testing with the team, gathering feedback and refining the platform to ensure smooth document upload, organization, and access.

Solution

The resulting platform provided a centralized space where the team could upload, organize, and manage documents efficiently. It reduced time spent searching for files by 45%, improved document accessibility by 60%, and significantly boosted internal collaboration. Positive feedback highlighted the platform’s simplicity and the value it brought to the team's workflow.
