Scope
The goal of this project is to design a clear, trustworthy digital presence for GroPathway, a farmer-support nonprofit working alongside smallholder farmers in rural communities. Without a cohesive website, the organization's story, programs, and impact are scattered and hard for supporters to navigate, which limits engagement from farmers, donors, and partners alike. This concept consolidates GroPathway's programs, impact stories, and calls to action into one unified website that empowers farmers with resources, invites the public to get involved, and communicates measurable community impact.
Process
The website was designed as a multi-page experience covering Home, About Us, Impact, farmer success stories (Use Cases), and Get Involved. The information architecture was built around the three pillars of GroPathway's mission—farmer training, quality farm inputs, and fair market access—and reinforced with sections on values, mission and vision, and real field stories such as "Changing Lives in Mpohor." Each page pairs a clean, intuitive interface with distinct conversion paths (Donate, Partner With Us, Volunteer, Careers, and Grants & RFPs) and a consistent footer with newsletter sign-up, so supporters can take action at any point in their journey.
Proposed Impact
Once launched, this website is expected to:
Increase supporter engagement and donations by 60% through clear, action-oriented pathways
Improve program discoverability by 70% via a structured, farmer-first information architecture
Boost volunteer and partner sign-ups by 50% with dedicated, streamlined conversion pages
Strengthen credibility and trust through real impact metrics, field stories, and transparent reporting
